I was delighted with Jordan's Heating and Cooling, Richard worked with our schedule during the installation of the unit. The Bryant/Carrier unit works great and it was installed within 4 days of my initial call, which was great! I considered the cost and installation of the unit to be a fair price. I would definitely use this company again if I need HVAC work.

They came out on a weekend with no "Emergency Call Fee" added to regular call fee. Took care of problems ASAP. A Lightening strike messed up our Hot Water and HVAC. Very hot days and nights to be without AC! While on vacation, Richard was very responsive, and when Paul got here he was able to identify and fix our problems so quickly there were no additional charges. Very nice and friendly people at this company, they are definitely who I will call if the need arises.
